1 Automatic Stencil Cleaning
DEK03iX fully automatic solder paste printer has automatic, unassisted stencil bottom cleaning function, programmable control of dry, wet or vacuum cleaning, and free choice of cleaning interval. DEK03iX fully automatic solder paste printer can completely remove residual solder paste in the mesh to ensure printing quality.
2 Advanced Vision System & Precision Drive
DEK 03iX has advanced up/down K-view visual system, independently controlled and adjusted lighting, high-speed moving lens, and accurate alignment of PCB printed circuit board and stencil, so that solder paste or red glue can be accurately applied to the printed circuit board according to the opening of the stencil. DEK Horizon 03iX fully automatic solder paste printer ensures printing accuracy of ±25 microns 6 sigma. High-precision servo motor drive and PC control ensure printing stability and precision, as well as image pattern recognition repeat positioning accuracy. The cantilever printing head has a specially designed high-rigidity structure. The scraper pressure, speed, and stroke are all controlled by a computer servo to maintain uniform and stable printing quality. The scraper beam has been specially optimized for structural design, making it lightweight and beautiful in appearance.
3 Multifunctional Board Handling & Control Interface
The multifunctional board handling device of the DEK03iX fully automatic solder paste printer can automatically position and clamp PCB boards of various sizes and thicknesses. It is equipped with a movable magnetic ejector and edge clamp device to effectively overcome the deformation of the board and ensure a uniform printing process. The DEK Horizon 4.03iX fully automatic solder paste printer has an InstinctivTMV9 operating interface and rich software functions. The DEK03iX fully automatic solder paste printer has a good human-computer dialogue environment, simple and convenient operation, easy to learn and easy to use. It has the function of self-diagnosis of faults, sound and light alarms, and prompts the cause of the fault. It can operate on both single-sided and double-sided PCB printed circuit boards.
